I am a former newspaper reporter/photographer and editor. During my years reporting, I covered everything from school board meetings to murders to environmental disasters, and from local council elections to gubernatorial and presidential campaigns. I now work as a writer, consultant and sometimes teacher.
I live with my wife and children in America’s first frontier, the Appalachian Mountains of Kentucky.
My books currently in print are: Precious Blood (2007, Pinnacle) and T.D. and the Tater and Other News from Augusta County (2011, Bodmin).
